Units of Competency

National recognition for your efforts

Throughout this CD you will notice exercises.  It is possible to receive credit towards nationally recognised qualifications in Rural Production or Conservation and Land Management.  To do this you need to enrol with a Registered Training Organisation, and complete and submit the exercises to the selected provider (please note, enrolment times and flexibility will vary).

Assessment is based on four national units of competency. For details on these see Units of Competency. These units set recognised standards and performance benchmarks for tasks related to developing an EMS for an agricultural enterprise. To be assessed you will need to email or post your assignment to your course coordinator.

You will receive feedback on the assignment you submit. There are no tests. Feedback will tell you if you have effectively demonstrated your understanding of the course content. If some areas require a bit more work you can revise the material you submitted for assessment. Keep in touch with your course coordinator and talk about your progress.

If you are not currently enrolled in a course, and want to find out more, contact Tocal on 1800 025520. Be rewarded for your efforts in developing an EMS for your enterprise.
