These flats are a valuable resource for agriculture on Tocal. This small area is a good example of the excellent soil on Tocal. The regular flooding of Webbers Creek deposits rich, fertile sediment that is excellent for growing crops. Unfortunately the same floods can devastate crops growing at the time.
